This is a photo of Angel Oak, a Live Oak that is found on John's Island, SC. Believed to be in excess of 1500 years old, it is perhaps the oldest living tree in North America, if not the world. If you look closely, you'll see a tiny figure to the bottom right of the tree. This is actually a man standing beside the tree. That should give you an idea of the size of this beauty!
